Task Force Groups
Our first meeting with the Task Force group took place on December 17, meeting with eight members from different organizations and being able to discuss various proposals to start the process of entrepreneurship.
To carry out this meeting, we decided to opt for a bimodal system, allowing those who wished to participate to do so both in person and virtually, respecting the COVID health protocols in force.
Our second meeting of the Working Group was held on March 13, in a face-to-face format.
During the meeting, we were able to share a space with different representatives of triple-impact organizations and ventures. We talked about our venture and showed the first prototype.
On May 18, we held our third task force meeting, together with triple-impact entrepreneurs and people trained in education and road safety, contemplating that this is the theme that our venture will address. During it, we presented a prototype of our venture, looking for them to criticise and recommend it.
On June 29, the last meeting of the advisory committee was held, inviting experts in education and road safety and advisors on entrepreneurship. Gastón Galanternik from Amcham and Magdalena de Ferrari from Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS) attended the meeting.
In this event, we were able to show the activities carried out during the final event of Yes, and the guests were able to guide and advise us on important tools for the launch and dissemination of the project.
Trainings
Spark and Fuel
During the month of October 2021, together with 21 young volunteers from MiNU, we participated virtually in two different trainings provided by the Queensland University of Technology.
At Spark we work on new perspectives for future career opportunities, and potential new paths to maximize professional opportunities and learn about the changing nature of work and industry disruption.
On the other hand, during Fuel we work on the design-driven process to understand the problem, generate solutions and develop or test prototypes that can meet the needs of likely customers.
Implementaion of the Ideas
In order to launch our project and test the prototype, we held several meetings with our volunteers so that they could give us their opinion and recommendations.
On the other hand, we carried out activities with young people in which we presented the educational game and provided space for them to try it out, as we want them to discover how it works, in order to analyze what modifications it requires.
Rotary showcase
During the month of November we organized and carried out the Rotary Showcase, which we decided to call "Entrepreneurship for Impact".
During the showcase, various presentations were made on how to undertake triple impact entrepreneurship, focusing on the experience of various organizations, among which we highlight the participation of AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina) and AHK (Argentine-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce).
We held two panels with speakers. During the first panel, organizations participated and talked about their role in the ecosystem, including Carla Abbate from Sistema B, Alvaro Broinstein from Mayma and Joaquín Zoilo from UNAJE. The second panel was made up of entrepreneurs, including María Virginia La Bruna from Nuni Smile, Leonardo Rothpflug from Re Accionar and Tatiana Kaler from Fundación Mediapila.
At the end of the event, the young participants were able to have direct conversations with the speakers through round tables, allowing them to learn more about how to become a young entrepreneur in our country and the challenges they have to overcome to be a successful entrepreneur.
Large Scale Youth Events
In our case, we call the Large Scale Youth Event "Impacting" and, through it, we bring the relevance of triple impact entrepreneurship to youngsters between 16 and 18 years old, holding a discussion with experts in the field.
Through the presentations, the young people were able to ask questions that could guide them in the realization of future ventures and present their entrepreneurship ideas.
Some of the speakers were Gastón Galanternik from AmCham, Joaquín Zoilo from UNAJE, Danila Blanco Travnicek from EduStorm and Ivan Dadic from Nuni Smile.
