Trainings
SPARK:
20 selected young volunteers per country were trained in entrepreneurship by Queensland University of Technology (QUT). QUT Entrepreneurship trained them through its award-winning Spark program. Spark is an online program for participants who are unfamiliar with entrepreneurship to introduce entrepreneurial thinking and to understand the process of ideation for developing opportunities to create value. the program leads, inspires, activates and engages 20 young people in its country with an introduction to entrepreneurship and its application. In addition to the program, two face-to-face meetings were held for each country as part of the training so that program participants could discuss ideas and begin developing them as a team.
FUEL:
After the ideas for local entrepreneurship were defined, the young volunteers switched to the QUT Entrepreneurship Fuel program, a online part-time program where the focus was on co-designing social innovations. Through the Fuel program, participants clarified the social problem they wanted to deal with, the target audience, the processes to be implemented, and then developed and tested a prototype to meet the needs of the real user.
Rotary Showcase
Our organization works with the local Rotary Club, which gave a life example to our youth workers and young volunteers of how Rotary organizes large-scale events. The event was designed to raise funds to give youth workers a unique opportunity to understand how Rotary's financially sustainable model works.
The charity ball was organized by the Rotary Club of Vidin with the participation of Bright day - 2009 .It was held under the logo For the talented children of Vidin . The funds were raised through charity auctions (for example, paintings by talented young artists), and part of the proceeds from the evening were in favor of the children of Vidin.
Various activities were presented and the most interesting was project YES.
Famous performers were invited, as well as guests from other Rotary clubs in the country.
